ScanBeforeOpen remains primarily a local security tool. Its core value is local file checking in the browser, safe preview, clean export, rebuild, and defensive guide content.

Recommendations do not influence scan results. Risk levels, findings, preview decisions, and export options are not changed by affiliate partners or possible commissions.

No files, file names, file contents, or scan results are transmitted to affiliate partners. Recommendations are static text links and receive no information from the local analysis.

Affiliate links are visibly marked. External links open in a new tab and are marked as sponsored.

There is no product assessment without traceable review. ScanBeforeOpen does not invent tests, star ratings, rankings, or experience claims.

Prices, discounts, and availability are not shown unless they can be updated automatically and reliably.

In phase 1, no third-party scripts, affiliate pixels, merchant widgets, or product images from partner sites are embedded.
